Farmer, Grant Writer, Mechanic, Photographer, Gardener, Baker, Linux User, Millenial
I'm primarily a farmer on the High Plains of Western Nebraska, specializing in red hard winter wheat, millet, and milo.
Moonlighting as a grant writer, I contract with local goverments and organizations to provide research, narrative creation, complete grant submissions, and also handle reporting and data collection.
I have experience writing and managing multiple state and federal grant programs, as well as providing copy for related social media, newspaper, educational, and offical statements relating to said projects.
Successful programs I've created have benefited and expanded the local recycling and waste management program, created a Safe Streets for All Initiative, created at least one job within a city department, as well as educational and volunteer opportunities for local schools.
